Montana Knife 2-Piece Carving Set Overview

The metal is heat treated to a 54 - 56 Rockwell hardness and will hold a razor sharp edge. The handles are made from polypropylene are designed to allow a firm non-slip grip. All knives and accessories are dishwasher safe. Each item is National Sanitary Foundation(NSF) certified as safe for use in food preparation. This roast/carving set contains 12" roast slicer and a 13" cook's fork. The roast slicer has a blade length of 12" and features a comfortable non-slip white polypropylene handle. The overall dimensions are 17.375" in length x .875" in handle width x 1.75" in height. The roast slicer is used for cutting large bulk cooked meat like roast, ham, and turkey into long or short thin slices. It's long blade extends through the widest section of the meat keeping the cut thin and even. The cook's fork measures 13" in length x .625" in handle width x 1.25" in height. Item 7200
