This roast/carving set contains 12" roast slicer and a 13" cook's fork. The roast slicer has a blade length of 12" and features a comfortable non-slip white polypropylene handle. The overall dimensions are 17.375" in length x .875" in handle width x 1.75" in height. The roast slicer is used for cutting large bulk cooked meat like roast, ham, and turkey into long or short thin slices.
